To be honest, I wasn’t sure where to start so my old support worker Susan said to pick the easiest one and that’s what I did but I wish that I didn’t. I feel like I hadn’t started this my way which is a real shame.

The clauses

  1. Every day for a month, take a photo of your outfit. Which is your favourite? How did it make you feel? And your least favourite?
  2. What percentage of your wardrobe do you currently wear? What colours, items, styles and silhouettes did you wear most?
  3. How would you describe your style in words ? How does it make you feel? How would you like it to make you feel? What messages dose your current look share with others?
  4. Make a collage scrapbook or Pinterest board of outfits you love. Get inspiration from magazines, blog posts and TV shows.
  5. Review your current wardrobe- how could you create some of the same outfits you love with your existing clothes? What do you need to add? Decide on up to 5 items for your wish list.
  6. Now return to your wardrobe- are the any items you haven’t worn in a year which don’t fit your ideal aesthetic? Donate these to charity.
